As the fearless leader of Hudson Fusion, Cindy Penchina has proven that passion, purpose, and practice make perfect when it comes to developing custom marketing solutions.
Our President & CEO first founded Hudson Fusion in 1996 (before Google was even a thing). She quickly realized that websites are a foundational element of business success, but they’re only the first step.
Over the next 20 years, Cindy evolved right alongside the Internet, expanding her services from strategic web design to full-service marketing solutions. She has remained at the forefront of the marketing industry, harnessing her intuition and expertise in building a team of specialized experts to create Hudson Fusion as we know it today.
A self-described “problem solver,” Cindy thrives as a disruptor in an ever-changing industry. Strategic marketing gives her the opportunity to find creative solutions to complex problems every step of the way for both our clients and the Hudson Fusion brand. She has an uncanny ability to see through the clutter of popular trends to anticipate new catalysts for success.
Cindy has Master’s degrees in Communication Sciences and Instructional Technology. In addition to her leadership of Hudson Fusion, she serves as an adjunct professor at Pace University where she teaches undergraduate, graduate, and continuing education courses in web design principles and applications.

With over 50 awards and 20 years of design experience, Veronica’s stats speak for themselves. She has driven the creative, graphic, and digital design front at Hudson Fusion from the start. She’s known for simplifying the complex, translating every client asset into functional, fascinating brand experiences.
Veronica brings her expert eye to every stage of the client-agency relationship, creating one-of-a-kind design elements to every material element of client work online and on paper. She propels marketing strategies from ideation to creation, drawing inspiration from each individual client’s business, industry, and personality to develop brand assets focused on interface architecture and user experience.
Beyond her work as Creative Director, Veronica is a determined advocate for philanthropy, mentorship, and empowering professional women. She spearheads all of Hudson Fusion’s pro bono and volunteer initiatives, finding ways to leverage non-profit organizations dedicated to creating meaningful impact for a better world. In addition, Veronica serves as an Executive Council member for the global professional women’s network, Ellevate, where she has developed valuable partnerships with like-minded women. The work, lessons, and inspiration Veronica has gained drive her to inspire our team to create more meaningful change through our work as an organization.
Nicole is the quick-thinking authority leading Hudson Fusion’s marketing department. She combines cutting-edge insight and innovative strategy to explore the road less traveled for both internal and external operations. Her multichannel expertise allows her to reimagine the way we present brands and attract leads through every stage of the Buyer’s Journey.
Nicole has an eye for visualizing—and executing—high-impact marketing initiatives that drive agency momentum. She has an extensive track record for delivering growth through strategic objectives, with a natural ability to balance sophisticated marketing techniques with progressive growth opportunities to generate success for every client.
Nicole’s marketing, partnership, and brand management experience spans a wide range of industries, including lifestyle, healthcare & pharma, software & IT, and industrials & manufacturing. She specializes in learning the ins and outs of every industry, finding unique opportunities for clients to stand out from the competition. Nicole provides leadership for our team to establish brand authority, accelerate business growth, and achieve sales & marketing goals for both our agency and our clients.
Have a question for Hudson Fusion? Raquel has your answer. She is the conductor supporting the inner-workings of Hudson Fusion. Dedicated and organized, Raquel is the definition of “master multitasker”—coordinating projects across multiple departments and timelines.
Responsible for all administrative functions, Raquel manages all client and vendor account finances, ensuring that the team is delivering maximum value and optimal productivity every step of the way. She operates in both management and production capacities, working closely with on-site and remote staff to make sure projects are seen through to completion.
Raquel has extensive experience supporting administrative teams in a variety of industries. With a Bachelor’s in Human Services & Psychology, she’s developed her role to become the driving force behind agency operations and the right hand of the CEO.
Christine is a true client advocate, leveraging insight and data to empower Hudson Fusion's clients to make business decisions that drive growth. She thrives on collaboration, bringing Hudson Fusion’s creative, technical and strategic talent together to elevate brands and meet—and exceed—client goals. Her entrepreneurial approach brings innovation and enthusiasm to every engagement, nurturing relationships and successfully guiding teams to success.
With an extensive background working on projects for large global brands, as well as local businesses and not-for-profit organizations, Christine has almost two decades of experience in digital marketing and holds a Master's degree in Digital Imaging & Design from New York University.

Matt is the dynamic strategist, driving client success with creativity, clarity, and tactical insight. He is a master of finding growth opportunities through analytics and automation with an exceptional eye for detail. With over a decade of marketing and business experience, Matt has developed a wealth of marketing insight and expertise across a wide range of industries, from healthcare to hospitality.
Matt is experienced in both B2B and B2C, utilizing his analytical background and account management skills to proactively meet—and exceed—client goals. He thrives in deep-diving into the numbers, conducting comprehensive research to craft and implement the best strategies for his clients’ success that result in trusting long-lasting relationships.

Sonja develops innovative content strategies for every client. As a trained journalist, she brings an attention to detail, loyalty to the client’s perspective, a deep understanding of individual business needs, and belief in the power of simplicity and empathy to bring authenticity to everything she produces.
Sonja has written for nationally recognized publications, including New York magazine, Martha Stewart Living, and Observer.com. For years, she provided marketing and sales team support for Apple’s Norway headquarters (ja, she’s fluent in Norwegian).

Kelly combines the latest marketing trends with creative content strategies to meet and exceed client goals. She employs a long—and growing—list of content marketing practices designed to leverage branding, key messaging, and digital presence. Kelly has a talent for bringing brand stories to life, always exploring new media and methods to find creative content solutions for every client.
Bringing a wealth of content experience to Hudson Fusion, she has published written work in local, national, and international publications including Chronogram, The Valley Table, Mediaplanet, and has written extensively on business intelligence as a ghostwriter for a notable Forbes columnist.
Michael uses dynamic design to bring deeper meaning to marketing campaigns. He caught the “branding bug” early on, creating a career that combines his keen eye for detail with an intimate understanding of brand storytelling to create consistent, quality designs across the board.
Michael brings over a decade of design experience to Hudson Fusion, having worked with a broad range of media in a variety of industries including athletics, engineering, publishing, and the public sector. He specializes in logo development, typographical design, ad creative, multimedia production, creative campaign strategy, and print media.
