National Cancer Alliance
The National Cancer Alliance is a non-profit organization founded in 1996. Its primary mission is to differentiate itself from the larger cancer organizations by focusing on the people whose lives have been touched by cancer. A grass roots organization, funded solely by private donors, the National Cancer Alliance offers information and resources on its website, and services such as programs and outreach as well as support groups.
The newly designed website is an important vehicle for the organization to encourage the donations that keep the organization funded. It offers extensive information as well as an active online support forum to its users.
