Pitney Bowes "PitneyPerks"
Market research indicated to Pitney Bowes that small businesses were not being offered the special promotions for business products and services that larger corporations often received. Pitney Bowes created "PitneyPerks", a special program that offered discounts and promotions specifically tailored to meet the needs of small businesses. An overall graphic approach for the program was first developed and then deployed to all the materials including two direct mail solicitation packages, inserts, stickers and a customer Welcome Kit including coupons and personalized letter.
